Return Policy
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at sales@ticexpress.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team.
Returns
You may return eligible items within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and unopened, and in the original packaging. The items must be in resaleable condition. Open boxes not accepted.
No returns on Special Order items unless defective.
Non-Returnable Items: Due to safety concerns, we are unable to accept returns on food products and liquid hand sanitizers. Dated items such as calendars are also non-returnable.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Defective Items
If you received a defective or damaged item, we are happy to exchange it for the same item. Please contact our customer service team at sales@ticexpress.com to arrange for an exchange.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective/damaged item.
The Restocking Fee will be 20% for all unopened items unless you have a specific contract that states otherwise.
